In 2023, in Italy, Gucci launched the Authenticity Tag project, equipping its products with dual RFID and NFC identifiers. Each item carries a unique digital ID that verifies authenticity and provides insights into its production and logistics history. By scanning the tag, customers can access post-sale support and personalized content.
