PACKAGE.AI is a software and Artificial Intelligence (AI) service for optimizing last-mile delivery operations and experiences. We enable delivery operations to provide higher levels of delivery services while controlling costs by automating consumer communications and optimizing driver productivity. Jenny, our chat bot, uses SMS to autonomously negotiate deliveries with consumers in natural language and hand-hold consumers throughout the delivery process. The platform employs advanced route optimization and prediction algorithms to inform the negotiation with the consumers. We are located in Israel and serving forward-looking delivery operations from around the world
