Primary packaging
The packaging that directly contains the product and forms the sales unit intended for the end user or consumer. According to current legislation (Directive 94/62/EC and national implementations), it is the packaging designed to be sold together with the product at the point of sale, serving as the first layer of protection. Typical examples include beverage bottles, cosmetic containers, food trays, or pharmaceutical boxes.
Confezione che avvolge direttamente il prodotto, costituendo l’unità di vendita destinata all’utente finale o al consumatore. Secondo la normativa vigente (Direttiva 94/62/CE e recepimenti nazionali), è l’imballaggio concepito per essere venduto insieme al prodotto nel punto vendita, e rappresenta la prima barriera tra il contenuto e l’ambiente esterno. Esempi comuni includono bottiglie per bevande, flaconi per cosmetici, vaschette per alimenti o scatole per farmaci.
