Labelling of dangerous substances
A mandatory identification system that classifies and communicates the risks associated with substances or mixtures that are hazardous to human health or the environment.
The label must be clearly visible, legible, and permanent on the packaging, and must include:
Name of the substance or mixture
Manufacturer, distributor, or importer information
Hazard pictograms and risk statements
Precautionary statements and handling instructions
All information must comply with European regulations, such as the CLP Regulation (EC No 1272/2008), which defines standardised criteria, symbols, and phrases for the safe labelling of hazardous products.

Le informazioni devono essere riportate in modo visibile, leggibile e indelebile sull’imballaggio, e includono:

Simboli di pericolo e frasi di rischio
Indicazioni di prudenza e consigli per la manipolazione
La presentazione deve essere conforme ai regolamenti europei (es. Regolamento CLP – CE n. 1272/2008, che ha sostituito la Direttiva 67/548/CEE), che stabiliscono criteri, pittogrammi e frasi standardizzate per la corretta etichettatura dei prodotti pericolosi.
