BIO-MI d.o.o. is a Croatian SME focused on research, development and production of bio-based, biodegradable and compostable thermoplastic materials. The company develops final and semi-final materials for the production of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging, as well as agricultural applications; its official website presents it as a sustainable-solutions company producing packaging films and bags based on its own MI family of materials. Within the packaging system, it operates as a provider of materials, technologies and application know-how for packaging alternatives to conventional fossil-based polymers.
