Packaging consisting of a thin thermoplastic film vacuum-sealed around a product placed on a rigid base (treated cardboard or tray)
When heated, the film softens and, thanks to the vacuum, is drawn to adhere perfectly to the contours of the product, sealing it hermetically to the base.
This type of packaging, where the film acts as a "second skin", ensures maximum visibility and protection.
Unlike Blister packaging, the film is not pre-formed but molded during the process.
It is the preferred choice for hardware, luxury accessories, or DIY kits, as it secures the items to prevent movement and oxidation while allowing for effective vertical peg-board display.

Il film riscaldato, rammollisce e, tramite il vuoto, viene portato ad aderire perfettamente ai contorni del prodotto sigillandolo ermeticamente al supporto.
Questo tipo di confezione garantisce massima visibilità e protezione.
A differenza del Blister, il film non è pre-formato ma si modella in tempo reale sulla forma dell’oggetto.
È ideale per minuterie metalliche, accessori di pregio o kit di riparazione, poiché blocca saldamente il contenuto impedendone lo sfregamento e l’ossidazione, permettendo al contempo l’esposizione verticale su ganci.
