Morphologies
The analysis of morphologies enables observation of how form, structure, and the articulation of components influence functional performance, product protection, logistical dynamics, and user interaction.
Considered in relation to materials, production processes, and design strategies, morphologies represent a key dimension for understanding the evolution of packaging solutions and the transformations currently affecting the packaging sector.

A rigid or semi-rigid container, typically of small to medium capacity, featuring a neck finish with a diameter significantly larger than that of a standard bottle. The wide opening is specifically engineered to allow easy access for filling and dispensing solids (such as tablets or capsules), powders, or high-viscosity liquids.
It is distinguished from a standard bottle by its flow characteristics and from a jar by the presence of a distinct shoulder and a threaded neck narrower than the container body itself.
