From this perspective, the Observatory also functions as a space supporting design practice, capable of connecting knowledge, design practices, and the transformations affecting the packaging sector.

The OPSI (OECD) Toolkit Navigator is an online platform that collects and organizes hundreds of free innovation toolkits developed by public, private, academic, and nonprofit organizations. It was created to overcome resource fragmentation and facilitate the selection of the most suitable tools. It provides centralized and comparable access to different methods. It uses search and filtering capabilities to identify and directly access selected toolkits.
