    Selection of useful methods and tools to observe, analyze, and develop solutions for the packaging sector.

    Alongside tools specifically developed for packaging, it also includes approaches derived from the field of design that help interpret complex phenomena and guide the development of new solutions. 

    The methods and tools presented support both research and analytical activities as well as processes of design, experimentation, and verification, contributing to structuring the observation of innovation as a process that can be shared and validated. From this perspective, the Observatory also functions as a space supporting design practice, capable of connecting knowledge, design practices, and the transformations affecting the packaging sector.

    Valutazione degli impatti
    The Emilia-Romagna Region 's Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a procedure regulated by Regional Law No. 3/2012, which governs the preliminary assessment of the environmental effects of projects. It addresses the risk that human activities may have negative impacts on the environment and human health. Its potential lies in supporting public decisions geared towards sustainable development. It is used to analyze a project 's potential impacts before its implementation, providing a basis for authorizing or modifying interventions.
    La Valutazione di Impatto Ambientale della Regione Emilia-Romagna è una procedura regolata dalla Legge regionale n. 3/2012 che disciplina la valutazione preventiva degli effetti ambientali dei progetti. Affronta il rischio che le attività antropiche producano impatti negativi su ambiente e salute umana. Le sue potenzialità risiedono nel supportare decisioni pubbliche orientate allo sviluppo sostenibile. Viene utilizzata analizzando gli impatti potenziali di un progetto prima della sua realizzazione, fornendo basi conoscitive per l’autorizzazione o la modifica degli interventi.
