Networking
Complex of network systems. They are the connections, in most cases permanent, that exist between computers around the world. All facilities need a network operating system. In many cases, networks are in turn divided into segments that are connected to each other by routers or bridges. The networking system used to connect all the computers that are present in the same building is called LAN, Local Area Network. It has a limited size. It is the first computer network that has been set up, due to its simplicity of implementation and affordable costs
Complesso dei sistemi di rete. Sono le connessioni, nella maggior parte dei casi permanenti, esistenti tra i computer di tutto il mondo. Tutte le strutture hanno bisogno di un sistema operativo di rete. In molti casi, le reti sono a loro volta suddivise in segmenti collegati tra di loro da router o bridge. Il sistema di networking utilizzato per collegare tutti ci computer che sono presenti nello stesso edificio è chiamato LAN, Local Area Network, rete locale. Ha una dimensione limitata. È la prima rete informatica che è stata messa in piedi, per via della sua semplicità di realizzazione e dei costi accessibili.
