In 2023, in France, Chloé launched its Vertical digital identity, equipping every Ready-to-Wear item, bag, or shoe with a personal QR code. The code provides detailed information on materials, the creative process, and a certificate of authenticity. In collaboration with Vestiaire Collective and EON, the platform also facilitates resale, encouraging reuse and circularity.
