Its catalogue includes immersion circulators, water baths, vacuum sealers (including its own iVide line and Magic Vac® products), and a wide range of packaging consumables: embossed vacuum pouches for domestic sealers, 80-micron boilable pouches rated to 110°C for professional chamber vacuum machines, and a range of home-compostable vacuum pouches designed to withstand sous vide cooking temperatures while remaining compostable at end of life.
The company is the exclusive UK distributor of the PolyScience brand and has produced two cookbooks, an app, and a technical guide developed in partnership with Campden BRI, the UK's leading body for scientific and technical services in the food sector.
