Nata dalla storica attività di distillazione, oggi opera attraverso business unit dedicate ad alcoli, mosti ed estratti, acido tartarico naturale ed eco-energia, con applicazioni nei settori alimentare, farmaceutico, cosmetico, energetico, chimico-industriale ed enologico. Nel packaging system il suo ruolo è soprattutto sistemico e indiretto: non produce imballaggi finiti, ma valorizza flussi agroindustriali, genera ingredienti, intermedi, solventi, biofuel, energia rinnovabile e materiali di origine biologica potenzialmente rilevanti per filiere produttive e industriali connesse al packaging.
